Baraka ya Upendo (Blessings of Love) Transitional Care and Training Centre (TCTC) was officially opened in 2010.
This project provides temporary residential care and training program for children who are struggling to manage their HIV status. Their caregivers are also trained in HIV care and management, so they can continue to help their children when they return home.
