The Cairo Toilet Project began in 2010.
The toilet had been a sleeping place for the street boys and it was in a very bad condition. LWHC requested to be given the lease for the toilet from the County Government. This request was granted and the toilet was then renovated, so it could become an income generating activity. The proceeds go towards the Family of God street boys project. It also provides jobs for some of our former street boys and female HIV clients.
